PAIA ANNUAL REPORT SUBMISSION DEADLINE: 30 JUNE 2024
The Information Regulator has published its notice for this year in respect of the PAIA Annual Reports. All public and private companies are invited to submit their PAIA Annual Reports about requests for access to records received and processed by the private body for the 2023-2024 financial year, by 30 June 2024.
The Information Regulator's enhanced eServices portal will go live from 1 May 2024 and remain available for the submission of the relevant reports until 30 June 2024
Please note it will not be possible to submit your Annual Report unless your Information Officer (IO), Head of Private Body, or Deputy Information Officer (DIO) is registered with the Regulator.
The eServices portal is active via eServices: Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za). If you did not register your information officer on the previous registration portal, you are required to ensure the conclusion of a new registration. If you did previously register your Information Officer, you are required to conclude the Migration of your Organisation's data into the new eServices portal - this migration is not automatic.
