The FSTC (Financial Sector Transformation Council) has published its annual reporting notice calling for the submission of B-BBEE reports for the period 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025. CTB has set up a To-do accordingly on the system, as a reminder to attend to this statutory submission. The notice informs all Financial Services Providers and Financial Institutions of the reporting obligation deadline of 27 February 2026.

Should you already have a commissioned affidavit issued and commissioned between January and December 2025, you may use it for this submission.
