The Information Regulator (“IR”) has published the latest notice for the PAIA Annual Report submissions. All public and private companies are invited to submit their PAIA Annual Reports about requests for access to records received and processed by the private body for the 2025-2026 financial year, by 30 June 2026.
The Information Regulator’s enhanced eServices portal will be opened, as during previous years, from 1 April 2026 and will remain available for the submission of the relevant reports until expiry of the 30 June 2026 deadline. No extensions will be granted.
Please note that it will not be possible to submit the PAIA Annual Report unless your company’s Information Officer (“IO”), Head of Private Body, or Deputy Information Officer (“DIO”) is registered on the eServices portal of the IR.
The eServices portal is active via (https://eservices.inforegulator.org.za/services.aspx).
While on the portal, please take the time to ensure all information is correct and up to date prior to the submission closing date.
