The FSCA has sent out the 2026/2027 levy communication to all authorised FSPs.

The FAIS annual levy invoices will be issued on 30 October 2026, and payment will be due by 30 November 2026.

The levy invoice and account statement will be sent to the email address currently on file with the FSCA for the Accounting Contact Person. If your FSP has not received the recent levy communication, chances are the contact details on their system may be outdated or incorrect.

If so, Key Individuals must register or log in to the FSCA’s e-Portal https://www2.fsca.co.za/MagicScripts/mgrqispi.dll to check the contact details. The system lists two contact persons, and you need to ensure the Accounting Person Details are correct, as the FSCA will email the levy invoices to this person.

If any changes or corrections are needed, please email Carey at profilechanges@ctb.co.za with the correct details, and she will action them accordingly.

Also, please confirm the FSP’s account balance is zero before the 2026/2027 levy invoices are issued by emailing fscalevies@fsca.co.za with your FSP number in the email subject line to request the latest statement.
